Role overview
Bet365 is hiring a senior CRM Country Lead (Italian market, Sports) in Malta, full-time. Reports to the CRM Manager (Sports). The role owns strategic planning and execution of CRM initiatives for the Italian market, covering promotional strategy, campaign approvals, bonus budget oversight, KPI tracking, market research, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. You'd also guide CRM Coordinators executing the campaigns.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Italian, written and spoken
Extensive CRM experience in a senior role (or CX/Marketing equivalent)
Sound knowledge of CRM platforms (CDPs/CEPs), project management, and BI tools
Passion for sports and understanding of CX strategies for sports customers
Strong analytical skills with comfort using customer data
Track record delivering growth through promotion and retention
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
