Role overview
Play North is hiring a mid-level KYC & Onboarding Lead in Malta, hybrid, full-time. The role owns the end-to-end onboarding journey, covering KPI tracking (completion rate, abandonment, document acceptance, fraud rate), workflow optimisation, vendor governance with IDV providers, and leadership of the analyst team including training, quality reviews, and oversight on complex cases.
Requirements:
3–5+ years in KYC and onboarding teams
Strong understanding of risk-based frameworks
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
Strong stakeholder management
Comfort challenging existing processes
Nice to have: iGaming background, experience leading operational teams.
