Role overview
TPF is hiring a mid-level Onboarding Specialist, full-time. The role sits within the Operations team and covers day-to-day onboarding of merchant acquiring and wallet clients, conducting KYC/KYB/AML reviews, supporting enhanced due diligence on higher-risk merchants, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, and Technical teams, and contributing to workflow improvements.
Requirements:
1–3 years in onboarding, compliance, or operational roles within financial services, fintech, or payments
Basic understanding of KYC/AML and corporate client onboarding
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have: experience with EMIs, PSPs, or acquiring environments.
