The role joins the Global Client Service Desk team and covers handling support cases for print hardware and software products via remote tools and correspondence, managing test environments for problem reproduction, maintaining knowledge databases and product documentation, escalating unsolved technical issues, and supporting Konica Minolta subsidiaries, distributors, and OEM partners. Shift-based work in a 24/7 rotation.
Requirements:
Solid IT knowledge (network management, ports, protocols, server-client systems)
Operating systems experience (MAC, Windows, Linux, Unix)
Productivity software (MS Office, Adobe applications)
