Role overview
Immense Group is hiring a mid-level HR Operations Manager in Malta, full-time. The role owns the operational backbone of the People function, covering payroll across all entities, employee lifecycle management, HR data and reporting, compliance, employee relations, and line management of junior HR staff. You'd also act as operational partner to the CPO on compensation matters.
Requirements:
3+ years in HR with strong operational focus
Proven payroll, HR administration, and lifecycle management experience
Solid knowledge of employee relations, disciplinaries, and employment law
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data
Experience managing or supporting junior HR team members
