Role overview
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) is hiring an executive Head of Technical Compliance, hybrid. The role covers leading the Technical Compliance team across 30+ jurisdictions including Spain (DGOJ), Portugal (SRIJ), and France (ANJ), capturing technical regulatory requirements for product roadmap, managing external audits and certifications with GLI, eCOGRA, and BMM, defining compliance testing criteria, overseeing regulatory reporting, and partnering with Legal, Tech, Security, Product, and Data teams.
Requirements:
5+ years in senior technical compliance or regulatory role in iGaming
Technical qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or IT Compliance
Leadership experience scaling technical or compliance teams
Knowledge of multiple global iGaming jurisdictions
ISO 27001 and IT infrastructure standards understanding
Nice to have: Spain, Portugal, or France market experience, Spanish/Portuguese/French language, platform homologation track record.
