The role covers strategic leadership across the Group's Spa division (including Pearl Spa), driving revenue growth and pricing strategies, leading and mentoring Spa Managers, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, analysing KPIs and guest feedback, developing SOPs across locations, collaborating with Marketing on packages and offers, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
Requirements:
5+ years in Spa Management, 2+ in senior or multi-site role
Senior spa leadership experience (Head of Spa, Spa Director, or Senior Spa Manager)
Strong commercial acumen with revenue track record
Financial and analytical skills
Fluent English
