Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) is hiring a senior Data Architect, hybrid. The role sits within the Big Data team in Data Engineering and covers assessing the current data platform and defining future state architectures, performing gap analysis, drafting technical solutions alongside the Lead Big Data Engineer and Enterprise Data Architect, sizing large tasks, and collaborating with data governance and data-devops on platform implementation.
Requirements:
Data modelling and schema design experience
Data warehouse, data lake, and schema design background
SQL and NoSQL database proficiency
Hands-on ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline experience
Cloud data platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks
