About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Account Manager to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the iGaming industry. You will support the Account Management team in maintaining and growing relationships with key clients while gaining hands-on experience, learning from experienced professionals, and developing key account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Support the Account Management team in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance, and tech) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Help monitor and analyze customer performance data, identifying trends and supporting engagement strategies.

  • Ensure that all client-facing initiatives align with regulatory requirements and company values around player protection. Liaise with compliance and product teams to support partners in upholding RGS commitments, and communicate updates, risks, or best practices to clients in a clear and professional manner.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build client relationships and expand industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in customer service, sales, or account management (iGaming experience is a plus but not required).

  • Strong desire to learn and develop within the iGaming industry.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to track customer performance and identify key insights.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
