Evolution is hiring a junior Legal Counsel for its Commercial Legal team, part of the global legal team, supporting commercial teams across Evolution's entities. The role is the main contact for day-to-day contract review, negotiation, and drafting of commercial agreements such as service terms, subcontracts, consultancy, agency, and reseller agreements, using standard templates. It also covers checking agreements against company policy, handling amendments and extensions, managing renewal dates and negotiation timetables, and presenting legal issues to management.

Requirements:
