About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a Swedish-speaking Compliance Manager to lead its regulatory work in the Nordic markets. The role advises the business, runs regulatory projects and is a main contact for the Nordic regulators.
What you'd do
You would keep the company compliant with its licensing and operating obligations across the Nordic jurisdictions, track regulatory changes and advise on how to respond. You lead the drafting of licence applications, reports and responses to authorities, and represent compliance in inspections and audits. Working with Legal, Product and Commercial, you build compliance into products and processes, run tailored training programmes, and keep documentation audit-ready.
What you need
3 to 5 years in regulatory compliance, ideally in gambling, with fluent English and Swedish. A deep understanding of Nordic rules on AML, KYC, data protection and licensing is required, along with a record of managing complex compliance projects and dealing with regulators. A degree in Law, Business or a related field, negotiation experience with regulators, and familiarity with compliance technology are preferred.
