About the role
Halmann Vella is hiring a Senior Project Manager for Site Operations to run the delivery of large finishing projects across several sites. The role oversees the Site Supervisors and answers for safety, quality and timing.
What you'd do
You would manage the supervisors on each project, plan labour and resources, and keep the finishing trades in the right order. You track progress against the programme and drawings, spot delays early and fix them. You are the main link to clients, main contractors and consultants, and you see each job through from mobilisation to snagging and handover. Coaching the site teams and reporting upwards are part of it.
What you need
Senior site or project management experience in construction, including running several sites and teams at once, and a good grasp of finishing works. Maltese and an EU driving licence are compulsory. A qualification in project management, engineering, construction or business helps, as does time with a finishing contractor or on large interior projects.
