Role overview
KingMakers is hiring a senior Gaming Risk & Performance Manager, hybrid, full-time. The role covers performance analysis across slots, table games, crash, and RNG verticals, identifying drivers of GGR% and margin, monitoring player behaviour for bonus abuse and RTP exploitation, and partnering with Marketing and CRM on campaign prioritisation. You'd build dashboards, support supplier negotiations with benchmark data, and feed insights to Commercial, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Data Analytics
5+ years in iGaming analytics, commercial analysis, or risk
Track record analysing GGR%, margin, and supplier contribution
Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, RTP, and gaming economics
Advanced SQL, Excel, and BI tools
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
