The role reports to the Chief Data Officer and covers defining the enterprise data architecture across the AWS-native Mapfre Malta tenant and Party 360 target architecture, owning batch and streaming ingestion (RabbitMQ, Snowpipe Streaming to Snowflake), governing CDC and real-time architectures, integrating Tamr MDM, ensuring GDPR-by-design data flows, and embedding policy-as-code governance. Aligns with Mapfre Group enterprise architecture.
Requirements:
10+ years in data architecture, modelling, or enterprise architecture
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
AWS data architecture experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, DMS, API Gateway, Iceberg)
Snowflake and Snowpipe Streaming
Streaming pipelines (RabbitMQ, AWS DMS, or Kinesis)
Apache Airflow orchestration
Master data management (Tamr) and metadata management
Terraform or CloudFormation
