Role overview
Lifestyle Group is hiring a senior Events Sales Manager in Malta, full-time. The role leads events and group sales across the group's restaurant and lifestyle portfolio, covering the full sales cycle from enquiry through to confirmation, proactive outbound business development with corporate, agency, concierge, DMC, and luxury travel networks, proposal and pricing strategy, and pre-opening sales for new venue launches.
Requirements:
5+ years in events or hospitality sales, ideally in premium restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle venues
Proven track record hitting events revenue targets
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Fluent English
Ability to manage multiple venues and priorities
Nice to have: established network in corporate or hospitality sectors, additional languages.
