Hard Rock Hotel Malta (DB Group) is hiring a senior Financial Controller in Malta, full-time. The role supports the Group CFO across hotels, restaurants, and retail operations, covering monthly management accounts, annual budgeting and forecasting, VAT returns, cash flow reporting, financial analysis on business opportunities, external audit management, and oversight of debtors and credit control. You'd also mentor the finance team.
Requirements:
ACCA or equivalent (mandatory)
Prior experience in a similar role, ideally hospitality or multi-entity operations
Advanced Excel and MS Office
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Understanding of EU financial regulations, Maltese compliance preferred
Nice to have: experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
