Explora Journeys is hiring a Guest Service Manager to work onboard cruise ships, full-time. The role covers leading the Guest Services team, handling escalated guest complaints, managing embarkation procedures, overseeing MSC Foundation initiatives and onboard fundraising, coordinating group functions and special events, hosting guest tables and social activities, and running training programmes for the team in coordination with L&D.
