Full-time Seasonal Food & Drinks Supervisors

Hilton Malta is looking to fill the positions of seasonal Food & Drink Supervisors, mainly for the Aqua Bar and the Merkanti Beach Club. 

As a Food and Drinks Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of the Food and Drinks outlets, to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Drinks Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure compliance of brand standards

• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Represent needs of the team

• Assist the Food and Drinks management with training and development of team members

• Comply with hotel security and safety legislation

• Be environmentally aware

• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

The selected applicants should have:-

• Previous experience in Food and Drinks

• An outgoing personality and charisma

• Proven positive guest approach

• Leadership and communication skills

• Business acumen and ability to meet set business targets
