Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator

A Full-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator.

Duties include:

  • Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required

  • The upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applications

  • Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively

  • Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information

  • Attending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups

  • The Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes

  • Assisting in the administration of F&D related projects and F&D marketing as required

  • F&D team training co-ordination and administration

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is organised and accurate

  • Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Has good knowledge of the F&D operation

  • Is fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Is willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective
