Betsson Group is hiring a junior Customer Service Agent (Greek-speaking) in St Julian's, Malta, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home). The role covers supporting Greek and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, translating promotional texts and surveys, managing customer accounts, and following responsible gaming protocols. Shift-based work with training provided.
Requirements:
Excellent Greek and English, written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
