About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a Swedish-speaking Compliance Officer to support its regulatory work in the Nordic markets. The role works with Compliance, Legal, Product and Commercial teams to keep the business within its licensing and operating obligations.
What you'd do
You would support regulatory projects, monitor changes in Nordic regulation and help assess what they mean for the business. You prepare and review licence applications, reports and responses to regulators, help run compliance training, and support inspections and audits with documentation and follow-up. Day-to-day compliance monitoring, keeping records audit-ready and advising internal teams on requirements are part of the routine.
What you need
2 to 4 years in regulatory compliance or similar, ideally in gambling, with fluent English and Swedish. A good understanding of Nordic rules on AML, KYC, data protection and licensing is required, along with strong analytical and organisational skills and experience working across teams. A degree in Law, Business or a related field, regulator engagement experience and familiarity with compliance technology are preferred.
