Role overview
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) is hiring a senior Technical Account Manager in Malta, hybrid, full-time. The role serves as the operational liaison for 8–10 GiG partners, covering technical troubleshooting, ticket triage to engineering and product teams, weekly partner reviews, supporting integration handover, configuring third-party PSPs, identifying upsell opportunities with Commercial Directors, and tracking accounts in Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. Reports to Vlado Rosic-Milinkovic.
Requirements:
Proven account management experience with multiple partners
Direct partner or client-facing experience
Problem-solving and technical organisational skills
Knowledge of casino, platform, and sportsbook gaming verticals
Strong written and verbal communication
