Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for an organised, hands-on, and proactive individual to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Assistant.

If you enjoy a mix of creativity + coordination (and love seeing campaigns come to life), this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping marketing operations running smoothly behind the scenes

• Coordinating packing plans, timelines, and communication with different teams

• Supporting monthly activations, promotions, and in-store campaigns

• Assisting with orders, suppliers, purchase orders, and general admin tasks

• Coordinating POSM, labels, and all the little details that make a big difference

• Supporting ATL & BTL campaigns and tracking performance

• Conducting market research, price checks, and competitor analysis

• Helping out with events and marketing logistics

Skillsets and Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in a similar role

• A Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Someone super organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office

• Fluent in both English and Maltese
