About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a Gaming Coordinator for its Greek market, based in the Malta office. The role supports the planning and publishing of casino content for the Betsson.gr brand and reports to the Gaming Manager.
What you'd do
You would deliver the casino roadmap to its deadlines, making sure new games are configured in the staging and production back office and that banners and content are current across Casino, Live Casino and Poker. You deal with game vendors on content issues, regulatory paperwork and game testing, and collect the assets needed for each release from other departments. Other tasks include troubleshooting customer support queries, benchmarking competitors for the UX and commercial teams, helping with CRM campaigns and Greek copywriting, and ad hoc analysis on casino positioning and game and vendor performance.
What you need
Native Greek and excellent English, relevant experience or wider knowledge of the domain, and a keen interest in online gaming products. Strong organisation, multitasking and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work to deadlines in a busy setting. Basic Google Suite, JIRA or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
