Customer Support Agent (English Speaking)

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you will work shifts and provide support to players via phone, live chat, and email. You will also be responsible for validating customer accounts, following verification procedures, and escalating issues when required.

Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals who enjoy solving problems with a positive attitude. Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. Good typing skills and computer literacy are also required. A minimum of one year work experience in a customer facing environment will be looked upon favourably.
