Role overview
WLC is hiring a junior CRM Coordinator in St Julian's, Malta, hybrid, full-time. The role covers coordinating and executing daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, setting up player journeys, segmenting based on lifecycle stage, tracking campaign performance (CTR, conversion, retention), handling bonus creation and testing, coordinating banner placements for new game releases, and collaborating with product, BI, and creative teams. Must be based in Malta.
Requirements:
1–2 years CRM experience in iGaming (preferably casino)
Familiarity with Customer.io and FastTrack
Excel, dashboards, and performance metrics
