About the role
Betsson Group is hiring a hands-on AI Engineer to build and maintain AI applications, context systems and agents used across its products. The role works closely with product and architecture teams and keeps track of frontier models.
What you'd do
You would develop modular, reusable AI systems and enhance the ones already in production, exploring new technology as it emerges. You take part in design discussions, debug complex problems and commit code directly, while reviewing others' work and supporting fellow engineers and the tech lead.
What you need
Proven experience shipping production AI applications, with strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering. You should have built context systems using RAG, vector stores and MCP, and developed agents with frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain. Experience mentoring or technically leading other engineers is required.
