Role overview
NetBet is hiring a senior Business Intelligence Lead in Malta, hybrid, full-time. The role owns the end-to-end reporting and insight capability in Tableau, covering monthly performance reports across markets, yearly projections with senior management, data validation for financial and regulatory reporting, CRM and website analytics, acquisition spend monitoring, and fraud prevention support. You'd also mentor BI analysts, set team KPIs, and review output quality.
Requirements:
Advanced Tableau (dashboards, visualisation, system maintenance)
Strong SQL and relational database experience
Proven data modelling, forecasting, and KPI tracking background
Excellent Excel and ETL tool knowledge
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory reporting
Leadership and mentoring experience
Nice to have: Python or R, iGaming analytics experience, Google Analytics or Power BI.
