Our client is a Group of companies and a leading corporate services provider, offering specialised business solutions to a variety of corporate and private clients. They are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Officer to join their team.

 

The chosen candidate will contribute to the strategic marketing direction of one of the Group’s companies in real estate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a content calendar as well as creating and coordinating social media content in order to ensure audiences are kept engaged with content aligned with the brand’s identity.

  • Using online design platforms such as Canva to update existing templates or creating new artwork that is line with the brand standard.

  • Filming and producing short-form video/reels that showcase properties in an engaging way, capturing their key features, atmosphere and visual appeal, for social media platforms.

  • Developing a deep understanding of clients, competitors and industries to execute the marketing strategy.

  • Liaising with associates to organise filming of properties and reel production.

  • Assisting with the creation of email marketing templates and managing respective campaigns and subscribers’ lists.

  • Assisting with the provision of branded marketing collateral, working documents and merchandise.

  • Collaborating with professionals responsible for graphic design.

  • Providing support to the marketing department as required.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.

  • A qualification in Marketing or another industry-related certification.

  • Proficiency in using online design platforms (e.g. Canva). Knowledge of email marketing software and AI photo editing tools are considered assets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven ability to film and produce engaging short-form video content for social media, demonstrating a strong visual eye and attention to detail.

  • Excellent level of both spoken and written English, with the ability to write social media content and PR while adapting content to different audiences.
