ABOUT THE ROLE
The Live Casino Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the Live Casino team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks and maintaining the quality and consistency of the Live Casino product across all brands and markets.
This role focuses on delivering day-to-day activities, managing game and provider releases, monitoring the on-site experience, and supporting the wider team in ensuring Live Casino remains a leading, high-performing product.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the Coordinator helps deliver updates, campaigns, and improvements that enhance the player experience and drive engagement.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Execute daily Live Casino operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery across all LeoVegas brands.
● Manage game roadmaps and provider releases, taking responsibility for ensuring that all necessary checks and tasks are completed to meet release dates.
● Drive the Live Casino performance and KPIs for specifically assigned market clusters.
● Monitor key player experience flows to identify, report, and follow up on the resolution of any technical or visual issues.
● Track and optimize Live Casino visibility across banners, promotions, and game positioning to ensure consistent brand representation.
● Support the preparation and delivery of Live Casino campaigns, exclusive events, and promotional activities.
● Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark offerings, promotions, features, and market positioning.
● Assist internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support) with all Live Casino-related requests and queries.
● Maintain strong communication with third-party suppliers and internal teams to coordinate updates, tasks, and incident resolutions.
● Support the implementation of product improvements, ensuring alignment with operational readiness and business goals.
● Take ownership of projects and ideas, formulating actionable plans that deliver tangible results for the vertical.
● Drive Live Casino initiatives alongside internal teams such as Gaming Product, Affiliates, and Key Account Management.
● Stay informed about industry trends and innovations, attending conferences and supplier events when required.
● Execute additional Live Casino-related tasks as necessary to support team objectives and ensure smooth operations.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● Experience in an operational or coordination-based role within iGaming.
● Familiarity with Live Casino or online Casino products and providers.
● Experience managing operational tasks or supporting project delivery.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks.
NICE TO HAVES
● Interest in Live Casino, player behaviour, and the wider gaming industry.
● Exposure to CMS or back-office systems for content updates or game configuration.
