Job Title: Growth Hacker
Department: Marketing
Location: Marbella or Malta
Reports to: Head of Marketing

We are a fast-growing iGaming platform operating in multiple international markets. Due to the nature of our business, traditional advertising channels are limited, and we rely on creative, data-driven approaches to scale.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Specialist who thrives in non-traditional environments and knows how to acquire users outside of mainstream platforms.

What you’ll do:

· Develop and execute alternative user acquisition strategies

· Identify and scale non-conventional traffic sources

· Work with affiliate networks, SEO, and performance funnels

· Test, optimize, and scale campaigns in high-competition markets

· Stay ahead of platform restrictions and adapt quickly



What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or other restricted verticals

· Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization

· Experience with SEO, native ads, push traffic, email, or similar channels

· Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

· Creative thinker with a strong “figure-it-out” mindset



Bonus:

· Experience working with grey or regulated markets

· Background in affiliate marketing or arbitrage

· Technical skills (tracking tools, cloaking setups, etc.)
