Role overview
Attard Bros Group is hiring a senior Engineering Manager in Malta, full-time. The role covers managing all maintenance and repair activities for production plants, vehicles, and equipment, leading the maintenance team including welders, mechanics, and technicians, setting up TPM processes, maintaining fleet calibrations and certifications, overseeing plant installation and overhauls, managing budgets and cost control, supporting ISO 9000, ISO 45000, and ISO 14000 certification, and coordinating site mobilisation for electrical and mechanical installations.
