About AVJ:
We provide outsourcing services to a wide variety of industries, helping our clients find the right candidates to fill their vacant positions. Employees will be stationed at one client site for the long term, allowing predictability and a consistent work environment.
Training:
When you start with us, you will receive hands-on training from our core team. Within about a month (or less!), you’ll be fully prepared to take on your role. We work in a fast-paced environment, but our experience ensures you will learn efficiently and effectively.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
Responsibilities will depend on the client, but generally include:
Posting invoices and payments in an accounting system
Bank reconciliations
Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding payments (emails and calls)
Basic payroll duties (occasionally)
Maintaining accurate administrative records
Qualities We Are Looking For:
Eagerness to learn and grow in accounting
Organised and able to take notes during training for rapid success
Accuracy and attention to detail in accounting postings
