The role covers serving as Health and Safety Supervisor across construction and design projects, conducting design and construction safety reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections, ensuring compliance with local and international H&S legislation, investigating workplace incidents, delivering safety training and toolbox talks, reviewing Construction Method Statements, overseeing contractor safety performance, and acting as primary liaison during OHSA inspections.
Requirements:
Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (University of Malta, MCAST, or MQRIC Level 5+ equivalent)
Registration on OHSA Competent Persons Register
Several years of H&S experience in AEC industry
Knowledge of OHSA Act XXVII of 2000 and ISO standards
Valid driving licence
English written and verbal communication
