Join Our Team as a Customer Operations Associate at Atlas Insurance!
Are you an experienced contact centre professional fluent in both English and Maltese? Do you take pride in delivering efficient, high-quality support and communication? Atlas Insurance is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to join our Customer Experience Team to support in several initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in structured service environments who thrives on process, accuracy, and clear communication.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Use our case management system to handle, document, and close customer cases efficiently and on time.
Maintain clear, concise records of actions, communications, and resolutions.
Collaborate with teams in insurance and claims to support smooth customer onboarding and training.
Track key operational metrics related to onboarding and data quality.
Follow structured procedures to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.
Respond to user and customer inquiries via phone and email, always providing timely updates.
Perform general administrative and support tasks to help the team deliver on its targets.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required:
At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer-facing support role.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
Confident in handling customer communications via phone and email in a professional, service-driven manner.
Skilled in using case or ticketing systems to manage and resolve requests.
Familiarity with business software tools like Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems.
Meticulous attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to tasks.
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others across operational teams.
